You can redirect the parcel to another delivery address after receiving the notification e-mail directly from the courier company. Our Customer Support Team cannot redirect parcels on your behalf.

In Czech Republic and Slovakia the courier will make two attempts to deliver the parcel. In Germany and Portugal the courier will make one attempt to deliver the parcel. If the recipient of the parcel cannot be reached, the order will be placed in service point for around 7-10 days. Later, unclaimed order will be returned to Hebe's warehouse.

In most cases, couriers call the recipients of the parcel, but we cannot guarantee this – the courier is under no obligation to do so.

When we hand over your parcel to the courier company, you will be notified by e-mail with the consignment note number or the current shipping status. The links will also be available in the "My orders" tab of your account.
