You will need proof of purchase (receipt, bank statement or online payment confirmation). You can make a complaint by reporting to a brick-and-mortar Hebe Drugstore with the product in question and proof of purchase, or by sending back the product in question, together with a complaint report, to the address indicated on the form. You have the right to file a complaint within 2 years from the date of purchase.
