apply microdermabrasion to individual areas of your face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Massage gently starting from the neck upwards, through to the chin, cheeks, nose and forehead. Leave for approximately 3 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. Use 2–3 times weekly, preferably in the evening instead of a facial cleanser.
