Me Luna® menstrual cups come in two different sizes to suit different needs. The criteria that should be taken into account when choosing the size are the abundance of menstruation, the number of births, the condition of the pelvic floor muscles, the location of the cervix during menstruation, physical activity.
• Size S is mainly used by young women with good muscles and light periods.
• Size M is mainly used by women of all ages with normal muscles and average periods.
HOW TO USE: Fold the cup in half and insert it into the vagina, gently pointing backwards. Empty the cup as needed, at least every 8 hours. The menstrual cup can be reused immediately after cleaning.
