Dexyane MeD supports the treatment of eczema-like skin lesions and reduces the frequency of relapses. In the course of eczema, the epidermal barrier is altered, resulting in an increased risk of reactions to allergens and irritants (such as dryness, irritation and itching of the skin). Regenerates the altered epidermal barrier and corrects dry skin, thanks to the combination of glycerine, shea butter and triglycerides. Soothes itching and reduces inflammation (redness and irritation). Protects the skin with a galenic formula enriched with natural polysaccharides, which forms a semi-permeable occlusive layer on the skin surface. Reduces the adhesion of bacteria (staphylococcus aureus, potentially responsible for infections). Tolerance clinically proven. Does not contain parabens, cortisone or fragrances.
