APPLICATION: Apply a small amount to cleansed skin of the face and (if necessary) décolleté after using the skin care that works best for your skin type, working from the center out. There are two schools of thought regarding the time that should pass from applying the base to applying the foundation: one says that you should wait until the base is completely absorbed, the other says that the foundation will melt nicely with the still wet base and therefore look more natural.
