It is distinguished by antibacterial properties, therefore it will be helpful in the care of acne-prone skin, and due to its low irritating potential, it can be safely used in the care of rosacea-affected skin. The ingredient effectively fights discoloration, has anti-aging properties, reduces wrinkles, and improves skin elasticity and firmness. Vitamin C in the form of 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, present in the antioxidant regenerating serum Brightening and calming, has anti-inflammatory properties and reduces redness, thus minimizing the side effects of the treatment, while brightening the skin and positively influencing its overall appearance. Vitamin E (INCI: Tocopherol) together with coenzyme Q10 (INCI: Ubiquinone), a duo of powerful antioxidants, fight free radicals, soothe the skin and slow down the aging process. Ceramides NP and AP, as the so-called intercellular cement, support skin renewal, accelerating its regeneration processes. Carnosine 2.0 is resistant to degradation, therefore it is much more effective than L-carnosine. The ingredient restores the skin's proper tension, prevents the effects of photoaging, brightens brown discoloration (PIH - Post-Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation), but also generally improves the skin tone. Free sphingoid amine, phytosphingosine, a natural anti-inflammatory factor present in the skin, improves the appearance of acne-prone skin, reduces redness and irritation. Phospholipids, which are carriers of retinal, stabilize it and reduce the risk of irritation. WARNINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: As retinal penetrates into the deeper layers of the skin, it SHOULD NOT be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women. The serum is fragrance-free, its slightly perceptible note is due to its composition. We recommend that you wash your hands thoroughly after applying the product. The serum can stain bright linen and clothes. We recommend that you protect the pillow, and in the event of any stains, use a stain remover. Store the product in the refrigerator after opening. Shelf life of the product after opening: 3 months. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: For the day, we absolutely apply high SPF50 + sun protection and avoid exposure to the sun. It should also be remembered that during the treatment with retinal, the skin requires increased hydration and regeneration. We always start the use of retinal with a lower concentration, i.e. 0.07% - both when carrying out the treatment for the first time and resuming it after a longer break. We introduce Retinal gradually, during the first 2 weeks, using it every 4-5 nights. Over time, the interval between applications is reduced by 1 day. Apply the serum once a day, only in the evening care, to clean and dry skin, avoiding the eye area. At the beginning of introducing retinal into care, we apply it ourselves to observe the skin reaction. Ultimately, approx. 30-40 minutes after applying retinal, you can apply a moisturizing and regenerating product, e.g. a serum with ceramides and / or a lipid cream for winter. In the first weeks of using retinal, you can observe redness, dryness or irritation of the skin, as well as its peeling - this is the result of building the skin's tolerance to this active substance. We switch to a higher concentration of retinol at the earliest when the skin tolerates the use of a lower minimum 4-5 times a week. We also introduce a higher concentration by building skin tolerance - first every 4 days, gradually increasing the frequency. The use of retinal throughout the year is acceptable, but before the planned increased exposure to the sun, it should be completely discontinued about 4 weeks earlier.
