A real gem among all powders for decorations! Pearl Effect is a fine powder that will guarantee you a pearlesent effect with a shimmering pink glow. The transparent structure will allow you to use it with any of your favorite colors. With brightgel polsihes it will combine into beautiful, pearly shimmering designs, while the dark ones will turn into a metallic surface with reflective sheen. APPLICATION: 1. Prepare nail plate 2. Apply the UV HARD BASE thinly as a base coatand allow it to cure under LED or UV light. Do not wipe the nails afterwards. 3. Apply a first layer of the UV Nail Gel Polish in the colour of your choice and let it cure under LED or UV. Do not clean the nails afterwards. Repeat the process. 4. Apply UV Dry Top and cure it for 10 seconds in LED lamp. 5. Carefully apply the 3D holo effect using an aplicator or your finger pad.. Remove the excess with a soft brush. 6. Apply the UV HARD TOP and cure in the lamp.
